What You Will Be Doing As An Executive -Finance?

  • Functional Responsibilities Create customer/region/brand/account performance reports Create and maintain trade promotions in SAP’s Trade Promotion Management system Assist with promotional event enrolments / claim approvals • Process trade claims & clear deductions, Create and submit journal entries (JES) Update and maintain customer/region/account databases in SAP Meet or exceed all defined guidelines, especially those related to timing and accuracy of entry prior to buy start dates Manage exceptions through verbal and written interactions with Sales and Sales Finance Maintain a strong control environment with accurate trade accruals, contract approvals and verifications.
  • Ensure all customer contract legends are current to provide Trade Promotion Analyst guidance Forge favourable, strong working relationships with key constituents and cross functional partners (e.g. Sales, Sales Finance, CFS).
  • Create an inclusive and collaborative environment Key Skills/Requirements.

What You Will Be Doing As An Sales Assoc Coordinator?

  • Sales Support: I provide assistance to the sales team by preparing sales presentations, reports, and proposals. I may also assist in conducting market research, gathering customer data, and analyzing sales trends to identify potential opportunities.
  • Order Processing: I help process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. This may involve entering orders into the system, coordinating with production and logistics teams, and communicating order updates to customers.
  • Customer Service: I serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. I may assist in handling complaints, tracking shipments, and providing product information or recommendations.
  • Inventory Management: I collaborate with inventory and warehouse teams to maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure product availability. This may involve monitoring inventory levels, coordinating replenishments, and conducting regular audits to minimize discrepancies.

What You Will Be Doing As An Sales Associate?

  • Customer Assistance: I greet customers, inquire about their needs, and provide them with personalized assistance. This involves understanding their requirements, answering product-related questions, and offering recommendations to help them make informed purchase decisions.
  • Product Knowledge: I maintain a thorough understanding of the products or services I am selling. This includes knowing the features, benefits, and pricing information, as well as staying updated on any new additions or changes to the product line.
  • Sales Generation: I actively engage with customers to generate sales. This may involve demonstrating product functionalities, upselling or cross-selling complementary items, and effectively communicating the value proposition to encourage customers to make a purchase.
  • Order Processing: I handle the order processing and payment transactions accurately and efficiently. This includes using point-of-sale (POS) systems to enter customer information, process payments, and arrange for product delivery or pick-up.
