What You Will Be Doing As Revenue Assurance Associate

• Provide status on progress of activities
• Calculation of agent commission, statement preparation, external communication with Partners in the US market, and internal communication with the AP department
• Analyzing revenue leakages (non-invoice revenue, billing models, open offers)
• Analyzing pre-paid balance and coordinating with Finance teams
• Calculating and billing late charge fees
• Following internal dunning and collection procedures to ensure payment on, or before the due date as per customer agreements
• Receiving reports in Excel and applying various calculations to calculate different percentages and different commission amounts
• communicating with agents in the US
• Actively maintainin

Skills Required for Revenue Assurance Associate

• Expertise on MS Excel, MS Access and any internal reporting tool
• Exposure to SAP, BPC, Business Objects and Qlik will be preferred
• Must be able to work with a high level of accuracy
• Effective communication, presentation and management reporting skills
• Innovative, always ready to take up new responsibilities and develop new ways of working
• A good team player always available for supporting other team members across FP&A
• Strong analytical / problem solving skills
