- Partner with the Corporate Employee Experience team and design a regional strategy and work plans in alignment with Corporate Guidelines
- Drive Employee Experience plans, including events, celebrations, health and wellness activities, holidays, divisional team fun days, happy hours and more. This role involves end-to-end design and execution at our Pune and Mumbai sites
- Lead community related activities that enable our employees to give back to the community: volunteering for different associations and initiatives, arranging donations and more
- Manage employee perks, including lifecycle gifts, recognition plans, sport & health programs, company engagement campaigns and more
- Interface with inter-organizational stakeholders and with external suppliers
- Build and lead cross-organizational employee work teams to take part in shaping the employee experience
