- New client acquisition for Trading/Demat accounts via Open Market source or any other assigned sources.
- Find and convert clients that are interested in opening stock trading accounts through networking & self-sourcing.
- Find and add new prospects on a regular basis. Convert them into clients within reasonable time (3-4 weeks for new prospects, 7-10 days for existing prospects.
- Providing clients with Demo handhold to initiate trading activities after account opening.
- Have a customer-first approach and ensure that the customer is serviced well.
- Be updated on Market Outlook and Product Knowledge.
