- System Administration: You will perform system administration tasks such as installing and configuring operating systems, managing user accounts and permissions, and ensuring proper security measures are in place.
- Incident Management: You will be involved in the monitoring and resolution of incidents and service requests related to the cloud infrastructure. This includes troubleshooting issues, investigating root causes, and implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Security and Compliance: You will assist in ensuring the security and compliance of the cloud infrastructure by implementing and maintaining appropriate security controls, conducting vulnerability assessments, and following industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

- Training and User Guidance: You may provide training and guidance to end users on how to effectively use software applications, hardware devices, and other IT resources. - Technical Issue Resolution: You will assist end users in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues they encounter with hardware, software, and network systems.
