Skills Required for HR Operations Excellence Analyst job
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related discipline (preferred)
- Considerable experience working with ServiceNow Reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Automation expert and passionate about Continuous Improvement
- Knowledge of automation platforms like VBA, Python, Power Automate, PowerApps, RPA tech like Automation Anywhere etc.
- Experience in HR ERP and CRM applications like Workday, SuccessFactors EC, PeopleSoft/Oracle, ServiceNow, Remedy Force etc.
- Experienced in working with an advanced analytical team to design, build, validate and refresh data models using agile/incremental approach
- 3-5 years of work experience in Operational Excellence teams
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
