What You Will Be Doing As Senior HR Business Partner?
- Strategic HR Leadership: Collaborate with senior leaders and executives to align HR strategies with business goals. Provide guidance on talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
- Employee Relations and Engagement: Build and maintain positive employee relations, ensuring a productive and inclusive work environment. Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, resolving conflicts, and promoting employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Talent Acquisition and Management: Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent. Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, participate in the recruitment process, and contribute to candidate selection. Drive talent management initiatives, including performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
- HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and proactively advise management on potential implications. Implement and communicate HR policies, procedures, and initiatives consistently across the organization.
