Job Responsibility For DevOps Engineer Role
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for the CSM ServiceNow product.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements, acceptance criteria, and test data.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure the quality of the CSM product.
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate bug tracking systems.
- Work closely with developers and product owners to reproduce and debug issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement test automation frameworks and strategies.
- Perform root cause analysis for issues and provide recommendations for improvement.

Skills Required For DevOps Engineer
- Systems Administration: Possess a solid understanding of system administration concepts, including operating systems (Linux, Windows), networking, and virtualization. Have the ability to configure and manage server infrastructure effectively.
- Coding and Scripting: Be proficient in coding and scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Have the ability to write automation scripts and leverage infrastructure-as-code tools to automate deployment and configuration processes.
