What you will be doing as CCE?
- Customer Interaction: Interacting with customers through various channels such as phone calls, emails, live chats, or in-person meetings. Listening attentively to customer inquiries, requests, or complaints and providing timely and accurate responses.
- Issue Resolution: Investigating and troubleshooting customer issues or problems, aiming to provide quick and effective resolutions. This may involve collaborating with different departments or teams within the organization to address complex or technical issues.
- Product/Service Knowledge: Developing a comprehensive understanding of the products or services offered by the company. This includes being familiar with product features, pricing, policies, and procedures to assist customers with their queries and provide relevant information.

What you will be doing as GA?
