Job Responsibility For Human Resources Generalists Role

  • Recruitment and Selection: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the selection process. HR Generalists may also be responsible for onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Employee Relations: Acting as a point of contact for employees and addressing their inquiries, concerns, and grievances. HR Generalists often play a key role in fostering positive employee relations, mediating conflicts, and promoting a healthy work environment.
