The company has wasted no time in executing its hiring plans, with a clear objective of expanding its workforce by an impressive 2,000 employees within this fiscal year. Chadha underscored the company’s commitment to electric vehicles (EVs) during the pandemic and its substantial investments in holistic solutions spanning the entire product development lifecycle.
Thriving in the Electric Vehicle Landscape
Within the rapidly evolving realm of electric autonomous connected vehicles, LTTS has set its sights squarely on electric vehicles (EVs). Chadha revealed that the company strategically established dedicated labs for EVs during the pandemic, a move that has proven highly successful. Currently, LTTS boasts a dedicated team of nearly 200 professionals actively engaged in collaborations with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and tier-one companies in the EV sector. The ultimate goal is to grow this team to encompass more than 2,000 members by year-end.
LTTS’s proactive approach in the EV sector has yielded significant market share gains and noteworthy achievements. Chadha disclosed that LTTS recently secured a substantial deal worth nearly $100 million with a tier-one automotive company. Furthermore, the company has successfully expanded its global footprint to key locations such as Munich, Gothenburg, and Detroit.

To keep pace with the surging demand for its services, LTTS has already onboarded over 700 new employees during the current quarter.
