What you will be doing as Voice Process ?

  • Customer Support: Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries, concerns, or issues. You may provide information about products or services, troubleshoot technical problems, process orders or returns, or handle billing and payment inquiries.
  • Problem Resolution: Working with customers to identify and resolve their issues or concerns. This may involve listening actively, asking probing questions to gather necessary information, and providing appropriate solutions or alternatives.
  • Complaint Handling: Managing customer complaints or escalations in a professional and empathetic manner. You will gather relevant details, investigate the issue, and work towards resolving the problem to the customer’s satisfaction.
  • Technical Support: Assisting customers with technical issues or troubleshooting for products, services, or software. You may follow predefined scripts or procedures to diagnose problems, provide step-by-step guidance, or escalate more complex issues to higher-level support teams.
