What You Will Be Doing As Revenue Accountant?
- Analyzing and interpreting contracts to determine appropriate revenue recognition treatment.
- Ensuring revenue recognition is consistent with company policies and GAAP.
- Maintaining revenue schedules and reconciliations of revenue-related accounts.
- Preparing revenue-related journal entries and reviewing general ledger accounts.
- Collaborating with other teams, such as sales and legal, to understand customer contracts and business activities that impact revenue recognition.
