- Project Invoicing: Generating and issuing accurate and timely invoices to clients based on project milestones, contract terms, and billing schedules. Ensuring that all billing documentation is complete and in compliance with client requirements.
- Project Setup and Tracking: Collaborating with project managers and finance teams to set up projects in the billing system, including creating project codes, rates, and budgets. Tracking project progress, milestones, and costs to ensure accurate invoicing.
- Contract Review: Reviewing client contracts, agreements, and terms to ensure proper billing setup and compliance. Identifying any discrepancies or inconsistencies and working with project managers and legal teams to resolve them.
