TELUS International Recruitment – Finance Specialist Treasury Roles & Responsibilities
- Annual review of authorized signatories / online access
- Cash Flow Projections and actual cash flows reporting for the month
- Managing Hedging / Forward Contracts, bookings and relevant accounting
- KYC renewal for all current accounts from time to time
- Addition / Deletion of authorised signatories
- New account opening / closure of old accounts
- Management of Corporate credit cards (Issuance and accounting)
- Processing vendor payments and uploading all vendor and employee payments over bank portal
- Posting of receipts and payments in ERP / Workday
- Bank Reconciliations
- Follow up email for funds from intercompany and external customers
- Working with global teams / treasury team to make sure all the wires sent and received are settled with the invoices on FIFO basis and appropriately posted in ERP / Workday
- Working with AD banks for the Settlement of inward remittances and outward remittances with the open invoices / softex / BOEs over EDPMS
