What You Will Be Doing As People Services Support Specialist
- Employee Support: You will serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests related to HR policies, procedures, and programs. This may include providing guidance on employee benefits, payroll, leave management, and other HR-related matters.
- HR System Administration: You may be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s HR systems, such as HRIS (Human Resources Information System) or HRMS (Human Resources Management System). This involves updating employee records, generating reports, and ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: You will assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the organization. This may include coordinating paperwork, facilitating orientation sessions, setting up employee profiles, and conducting background checks. Similarly, you may be involved in offboarding activities, including exit interviews and processing termination paperwork.
- HR Documentation and Records: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR documentation is crucial. You may be responsible for managing employee files, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and organizing and archiving HR-related documents such as employment contracts, performance appraisals, and training records.

What You Will Be Doing As Consulting Operations Analyst/Delivery Operations
- Undertake short term improvement activities e.g. in data quality/process improvement in order to understand the task efficiency
- Support the PM/EM function, support the Delivery Operations function, support the Delivery Assurance function
- Improve data quality, through improving processes within the consulting operations – driving quality, simplicity first time.
- Contribute to efforts to simplify the business processes to ensure data quality
