ABOUT COMPANY
Trident Automobiles was incorporated in 1998 and commissioned its first Hyundai dealership in Sept 1998. Our first Santro was delivered on 18 Oct 98 and thus began an illustrious journey as an automobile dealership. Today, we have nineteen showrooms and nineteen service centres; we started with a single showroom and service centre. Our headcount has increased from a very modest 21 to over two thousand today.
While the booming Indian automobile market was a Godsend, our dedication and commitment ensured such phenomenal growth. It was not merely a growth in numbers but achievement in quality as well. Our motto, “Drive Home A Relationship”, embodies the spirit of our commitment towards customer delight. We were the first Hyundai dealership to get ISO certified as early as 1999 and was a testimony to our focus on quality. Over the years, we have won numerous laurels for our outstanding performance in sales, service, parts and accessories.
In continuation of this journey, we started working other car brands such as – Renault, BharatBenz and ISUZU. During the last decade, we have been continuously learning and upgrading at all times. We take pride in ensuring that our slogan “Drive home a Relationship! ” remains a torchbearer in all our activities and operations.
What You Will Be Doing As Sales Consultant
- To identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Create frequent reviews and reports
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
