What you will be doing as Procurement & Purchase

• Vendor Management: Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and establishing strong relationships with vendors to secure the best terms and conditions.
• Sourcing and Procurement: Conducting market research to identify suitable suppliers, obtaining competitive bids and quotations, and selecting vendors based on quality, price, and delivery terms.
• Purchase Order Processing: Creating and processing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in specifications, quantities, and pricing. Coordinating with internal stakeholders, such as finance and operations teams, to ensure smooth order placement and fulfillment.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiating contracts and pricing terms with suppliers, including discounts, payment terms, and service-level agreements (SLAs). Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Cost Analysis and Savings: Analyzing procurement data and trends to identify cost-saving opportunities, optimizing purchasing strategies, and implementing cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality or service levels.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Monitoring supplier performance, resolving any issues or disputes, and conducting periodic supplier evaluations to ensure adherence to quality standards and contractual obligations.
