WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AS AN ACCOUNTANT JOB ?
Provide L1 Advisor technical support to Customer’s Users ensuring fast response, intelligent analysis coupled with clear resolution paths backed up by clear communication about the status of the case at all times. L1 Advisors will escalate to a Customer provided L2 support agent in the event the L1 Advisor cannot find a timely resolution or a path forward to a successful outcome to a User’s case
• Work on assigned tickets with a swarm approach and team collaboration to provide resolution within the stipulated time.
• Have a complete view of Salesforce clients, including their activity history, key contacts, customer communications, and internal account discussions.
• Track all leads from click to close, while continually optimizing success ratio across every channel.
• Respond to leads, work opportunities and check dashboards.
• Process all information required to support the customer, case history and related customer activity.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AS AN ASSOCIATE AR JOB ?
- Generating and sending invoices to customers on a timely basis.
- Recording and tracking payments from customers in the company’s accounting system.
- Reconciling customer accounts and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
- Communicating with customers to resolve billing issues, answer questions, and provide support.
- Working closely with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure accurate and timely billing and payment collection.
- Collaborating with team members to develop and implement processes for improving accounts receivable management.
- Preparing and analyzing AR reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are all important qualities for success in this role.
