What You Will Be Doing As An Junior System Analyst

  • Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering their inquiries, and addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
  • Sales Generation: Actively engaging with customers to identify their needs and preferences, recommending appropriate products or services, and effectively closing sales.
  • Product Knowledge: Developing a strong understanding of the company’s products or services and effectively communicating their features, benefits, and uses to customers.
  • Cash Handling: Processing customer transactions accurately, including cash, credit card, or other payment methods, and reconciling cash registers at the end of each shift.
  • Merchandising: Ensuring that products are properly displayed and stocked on the sales floor, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and organizing promotional displays.
  • Upselling and Cross-selling: Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to customers to maximize sales and enhance the customer’s experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborating with other sales associates and team members to achieve sales goals, sharing product knowledge and best practices, and contributing to a positive and cohesive work environment.
  • Store Maintenance: Assisting with general store maintenance tasks, such as restocking shelves, organizing inventory storage areas, and ensuring cleanliness and tidiness on the sales floor.
  • Sales Reporting: Recording sales transactions, tracking inventory levels, and providing regular reports to management on sales performance, customer feedback, and any notable trends or patterns.
