Job Responsibility For Account Receivable Role
- Checking, clearing and processing of customer Invoices for all categories and ensure that overall delivery of services is within agreed KPIs and SLAs.
- Ensuring accuracy, timeliness and quality, application of appropriate taxes.
- Exception handling like adjustments based on standard exception scenarios, mismatched invoices.
- Processing of requests in mails and Servicenow portal with SLA timelines
- Performing Month-end accounting activities within the time frame
