Job Responsibility For Human Resources Executive

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, paperwork, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Employee Relations: Handling employee queries, concerns, and grievances. Providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Resolving conflicts and promoting positive employee relations.
  • HR Administration: Maintaining employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and leave management. Updating HR databases and systems with accurate and up-to-date employee information. Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Assisting in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and employee queries related to compensation and benefits.
  • Performance Management: Supporting performance appraisal processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans. Assisting in the implementation of performance management systems and processes.

Job Responsibility For Voyage-AP-Revenue & Sales

  • Revenue Generation: Taking ownership of revenue generation for the assigned territory or customer portfolio. Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Sales Planning and Execution: Creating sales plans and strategies in collaboration with the sales team and management. Identifying potential clients, developing sales leads, and converting them into customers. Conducting sales presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and providing excellent customer service. Acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Account Management: Managing key customer accounts, including regular communication, account reviews, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities. Identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts and developing account expansion strategies.

Skills Required For the job

  • Financial Analysis: Strong analytical skills are crucial for finance executives. They should be able to analyze financial data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights from financial statements and reports. Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools is beneficial.
  • Accounting Knowledge: A solid understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and relevant regulations is essential. Finance executives should be familiar with concepts such as accrual accounting, revenue recognition, and expense management.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting techniques is important. Finance executives should be able to develop accurate budgets, analyze budget variances, and provide recommendations for improving financial performance.
  • Financial Reporting: Finance executives should possess excellent financial reporting skills. They should be able to prepare clear and concise financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Knowledge of financial reporting frameworks such as Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) is beneficial.
  • Financial Systems and Software: Proficiency in using financial software and systems is necessary for finance executives. They should be comfortable working with accounting software, ERP systems, and financial modeling tools.
