Walk-in Drive at Infosys- F&A – RTR/ PTP/ OTC Responsibilities

• Record-to-Report (RTR):
• Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, reports, and disclosures in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. This includes consolidating financial data from various business units.
• General Ledger Management: Maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data. Perform reconciliations, journal entries, and closing activities at the end of financial periods.
• Fixed Assets Management: Track and manage the organization’s fixed assets, including acquisition, depreciation, and disposal processes. Ensure proper accounting and reporting for fixed assets.
• Procure-to-Pay (PTP):
• Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, including onboarding, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with vendor agreements.
• Purchase Requisition and Order Processing: Handle purchase requisitions, create purchase orders, and oversee the procurement process. Ensure that goods and services are procured efficiently and in compliance with company policies.
• Invoice Processing: Receive and process invoices from vendors, validate them against purchase orders and contracts, and initiate payments in a timely manner.
• Order-to-Cash (OTC):
• Sales Order Management: Process sales orders, confirm product availability, and coordinate order fulfillment. Ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers.
• Invoicing and Billing: Generate customer invoices, apply appropriate pricing and discounts, and ensure that invoices are sent to customers promptly.
• Credit and Collections: Assess customer creditworthiness, establish credit terms, and manage collections activities to ensure timely receipt of payments.
