What you will be doing as Customer Care Executive?

  • Responding to Customer Inquiries: You will handle incoming customer calls, emails, or chats and provide prompt and accurate responses to their queries regarding products, services, policies, or other related matters.
  • Providing Product/Service Information: You will have a thorough understanding of the company’s offerings and be able to effectively communicate product/service features, benefits, pricing, and any relevant information to customers.
