Walk-in Drive at Sodexo – R2R, O2C Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Account Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation of accounts to ensure that financial records align with transactional data and resolve any discrepancies.
- Month-end and Year-end Closing: Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring that all financial transactions are properly recorded, and financial statements are finalized on schedule.
- Audit and Compliance: Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including SOX and IFRS.
- Process Improvement: Continuously review and enhance R2R processes to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and streamline financial reporting.
