American Express Off Campus Drive – Roles & Responsibilities For Analyst – Risk & Info Management
- Assist in design and maintenance of operational risk and compliance frameworks, ensuring programs are being carried out timely and accurately
- Work on Global Policies and procedures to make sure they are in alignment with American Express Management Policies.
- Assist in designing of Control Rating metrics and RAF metrics and Publishing of dashboard
- Identify operational risks, compliance risks and emerging themes generated from reporting, metrics and outcomes
- Perform analytics to identify trends, composition, leading indicators, and outlook in operational and Compliance risk.
- Challenge first line teams w.r.t the implementation and adherence to Issue Management and Compliance Management policies and procedures. Also provide support at global level w.r.t interpretation of policies and procedures.
- Recommend changes to policies and procedures and own the refresh of the Policy and Procedure refresh.
