What You Will Be Doing As An HR Generalist?

  • Anticipating Employees expectations from Management through their (Union) Charter of Demand (COD)
  • Conducting survey in the prevailing market, analyzing and monetizing the CODs
  • Preparation of Counter Demand (Management Expectations from Union)
  • Signing the Long Term Wage Settlements under section 12(3) reads with 18(3) of Industrial Disputes Act 1947 and rule 59(4) of Karnataka Industrial Dispute Rules 1957 before the competent authority in labour department
  • Conducting & Cordoning monthly union meetings, Minutes Preparations
  • Handling Disciplinary Procedures – Counseling/ grievance handling of the employees to maintain a healthy work environment
