Job Responsibility For Technology Service Desk Analyst Role

  • Technical Support: You will be responsible for receiving and responding to incoming technical inquiries, incidents, and service requests from end-users. This involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving technical problems, and providing guidance on the use of various technology systems and applications.
  • Incident Management: You will log and track incidents reported by end-users, ensuring timely resolution and proper escalation if needed. This includes gathering relevant information, categorizing incidents based on severity and impact, and updating incident tickets with appropriate details and resolutions.
  • User Training and Guidance: You may provide user training and guidance on technology-related topics to help users improve their understanding and effective use of systems and applications.
