Job Responsibility For Assistant Manager, Manager Sales Role

  • Assisting the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Supporting the sales team by providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Monitoring sales performance and analyzing data to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure effective coordination and execution of sales initiatives.
  • Participating in customer meetings and negotiations to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with key clients.

Job Responsibility For Senior Manager, Parts Sales Role

  • Developing and executing the sales strategy for parts and aftermarket products to achieve revenue targets.
  • Managing and leading a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and meet sales goals.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and potential markets for parts sales, conducting market research, and staying updated on industry trends.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors to drive customer loyalty and maximize sales opportunities.
