What You Will Be Doing As An Analyst
- Utilise structured problem-solving skills and apply appropriate tools and techniques to solve open-ended problems. Also create productised analytics solutions or frameworks independently
- Maintain and manage reporting systems, presenting insights at regular intervals to stakeholders
- Develop data-driven tech solutions to address business problems and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Conduct root cause analysis and deep dive analysis using statistical techniques to identify underlying issues and trends
- Perform business analysis and understand the organisation’s goals and objectives to identify areas for improvement
- Build templates and dashboards using tools such as Excel, Tableau, and Redash to support operational and management reporting
- Evaluate metrics to be tracked based on business goals and explore additional metrics to gain deeper insights into business performance

SKILL REQUIRED FOR Analyst
- 2+ years of work experience in data science or analytics roles
- B. E. /B. Tech/B. Sc in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, or other quantitative field; Masters, MBA or PhD preferred
- Fluent in SQL & adept in at least one visualisation tool such as Tableau
- Demonstrated experience with some or all of the following: statistics, experimental design, data mining, predictive modelling
- Experience in analysing large datasets
