📌ACCOUNT PAYABLE ASSOCIATE – JAIPUR
The following are the role and responsibilities for Account Payable Associate
- Getting the clarifications resolved from vendors & internal stakeholders by writing mails or taking calls with them.
- The opening is in Accounts payable team where vendor Invoices will have to be checked, processed & paid.
- Non Voice profile for Accounts Payable core accounting
- Handling email queries from vendors & internal stakeholders
- Preparing the account reconciliations / resolving the open items coming in account reconciliations
- Have reasonable accounting knowledge
📌MANAGEMENT TRAINEE – CORPORATE – FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS – GURGAON
The following are the roles and responsibilities for the post of Management Trainee – Corporate – Financial Planning & Analysis
- Audit & Controllership activities: Facilitating audit & ensuring compliance with statutory requirements .
- Financial Planning & Forecasting: Ensuring annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting and analysis requirements are achieved accurately, completely and in a timely basis
- Financial Analysis & driving profitability: Provide and present meaningful, concise, and clear analysis, including variance analysis to senior management on financial issues and performance (actual versus budget/forecast/prior quarter/prior year etc.)
- MIS reporting: Publishing various dashboards to leadership team.
- Revenue accruals: Monitoring month/quarter end book closure activities. Ensuring revenue is booked timely and accurately.
- Potentially support multiple functional leaders (e.g., HR, IT) in managing their budgets
SKILLS REQUIRED
📌ACCOUNT PAYABLE ASSOCIATE – JAIPUR
- Strong data entry skills for expense reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and Accounts Payable processes.
- Familiarity with purchase order processes.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
