  • Familiarity with PF, ESI, TDS, gratuity, labor laws, and statutory regulations.
  • Basic knowledge of journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Experience with tools like SAP, Workday, ADP, Oracle Payroll, or similar
