JOBS RESPONSIBILITY
📌HR ADMIN – BANGALORE
The following are the role and responsibilities for HR Admin
- Drafts and issues minutes/Memos and letters related to ERCMS or DLP cases
- Manages and enables the PEP process with handling strong documentation
- Acts as a spoc to manage employee’s daily queries on various policies or procedures at the firm.
- Work closely with the Business to offer them information related to policies
- Maintains any performance related data and or lead related data for the service line
- Manage any data related to the service line owing to any performance cases/disciplinary cases etc
- Partner with the Talent Manager to work on various strategic projects and offering solutions to business to improve their process
- Handles all Job Abandonment /PEP/Disciplinary cases by maintaining strong documentation
📌 ADVANCED ANALYST – GURGAON
The following are the roles and responsibilities for the post of Advanced Analyst
- Build strong internal relationships within the team and across other services
- Take ownership of your schedule and proactively seek work when necessary to meet your annual chargeability goal
- Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff
- Contribute to people initiatives, including recruiting, retaining and training transfer pricing professionals
- Handle a robust educational program to develop personal skills on an ongoing basis
- Adhere to practice protocol and other internal processes consistently
SKILLS REQUIRED

- Capability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections
