1.Collaborate with the Agile development team to understand project requirements and user stories

3.Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to identify defects and areas for improvement
4.Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings to provide input on quality-related matters
5.Document and track software defects, issues, and enhancement requests using appropriate tools
6.Conduct root cause analysis and work closely with developers to resolve defects and improve software quality
7.Continuously monitor and report on the status of software quality, providing metrics and reports to stakeholders as necessary

Skills

1.Knowledge of defect tracking tools, such as JIRA or Bugzilla
2.Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban
3.Proficient in testing techniques, test case development, and test management tools
4.Proven excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and communicate potential risks and issues
5.Proven solid communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
6.Proven to be self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
