Roles & Responsibilities for Senior Project Manager
- Coordinate all phases of Data Center projects from design through to commissioning and handover.
- Plan execution of projects, scheduling, budgeting and how resources will be deployed.
- Interface with customers, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure success on your project.
- Track progress of the project while also capturing risks and implementing mitigation plans
- Conduct project review meetings and report the project status, financials and risks to management.
- Subcontractor, Site Team and Procurement Management with Vendor Performance.
- Drive testing, commissioning, integrated system testing and final handover activities.
- Adhere to EHS standards and quality requirements, as well as customer specifications.
- Manage change, variation orders/claims, bill and get paid at milestones.
Eligibility Criteria for Senior Project Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or equivalent Engineering discipline.
- PMP/Prince2 certification preferred.
- MBA or Project Management certification will be an added advantage.
