Mphasis off Campus Drive – Roles & Responsibilities For KYC/Client Onboarding
- Reviewing and understanding the Client request
- Performs required research for a product set-up and account opening to assess documentation requirements.
- Process/ validate / Manage the account opening and client documentation workflow from creation, review, & signature validation
- Review & Validation of Authorized Signor details, Negotiated Documents & perform Signature Verification Ensure documentation conforms to the Bank’s legal guidelines and policies and standards, including risk mitigation through adherence to the control framework.
- Ensure that all requests are completed before cutoff and there is no SLA miss.
- Liaison with onshore partners for timely resolution of exceptions/queries.
- Respond promptly and accurately on requests & inquiries from the Front Office & Client Service group.
- Contribute towards other processes during the cyclical phase of low volumes.

- Analyze payroll issues and provide resolutions.
- Handling email queries and Escalations
- Terminations – Deactivating the accounts of Inactive retirees.
- Working on Separations and Final pay of employees.
- Process all HR related invoices and submit for payment.
- Produce monthly OT and Leave reports.
