What you will be doing as Sales Officer?

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers and generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
  • Building Relationships: Establishing and nurturing relationships with customers by understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Gaining in-depth knowledge of the products or services you are selling. This includes understanding their features, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.
  • Sales Presentations: Conducting sales presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the key features and benefits of the product or service.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Engaging in negotiations with customers to address objections, overcome obstacles, and ultimately close sales deals. This may involve discussing pricing, terms, and conditions.

What you will be doing as Telesales?

  • Outbound Calling: Making proactive outbound calls to potential customers based on leads provided or through cold calling to generate interest in the product or service.
  • Lead Qualification: Engaging in conversations with prospects to qualify their interest, needs, and purchasing potential. Assessing whether they meet the criteria for your product or service.
  • Product Knowledge: Gaining in-depth knowledge of the products or services you are selling. This includes understanding their features, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate their value proposition to prospects.
  • Sales Pitch: Developing and delivering a persuasive sales pitch to prospects, highlighting the key features and benefits of the product or service to generate interest and address potential objections.
  • Building Rapport: Establishing a positive and professional rapport with prospects, demonstrating active listening skills, and building trust and credibility.
