- Planning and ideation – formulate marketing campaigns to drive referral sales via a community of 30k+ alumni and current learners.
- Analyzing data to bucket learners into segments and identifying the right content strategy for each.
- Work closely with referrers with a playbook to help them become influencers on social media and YouTube and develop a community for these brand voices.
- Develop and manage user-generated content by helping them develop sharable video and text content that in turn helps them generate more referrals.
- Use SEO best practices to identify the right content to be driven via learners.
- Build a rapport with the community of referrers by engaging with them via digital and offline events.
- Support to design attractive rewards programs to incentivize referrals.
