- · Clearing open line items for which GRN and provisions were made but TDS was not done.
- Follow up with Vendor for open GRN cases via E-mails and calls if required.
- Co-ordinate with CA (Chartered Accountant) and Vendor for required information for clearing line items and obtaining form 26A.
- Timely deliverables of assigned tasks.
- Setting up/attend weekly/fortnightly meetings and provide timely status/WIP to management.
- Co-ordination with internal team members and required departments for required information/clarification.
- Continuous monitoring of TDS Assessment proceedings.
- Providing daily weekly WIP status to management.
