- Source and identify candidates who are multi-lingual through various channels, including online job portals, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
- Partner with HR to ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market salary rates, and competitor practices to make informed recommendations to hiring managers.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track and report on recruitment metrics.
