Toast Mega off campus Drive – Roles & Responsibilities For Revenue Accounting Specialist
- Support the global Revenue accounting team by assisting with daily activities and month-end tasks
- Perform various month-end close tasks including preparing journal entries, balance sheet
- reconciliations, supporting schedules, and flux analysis
- Run monthly and quarterly financial reports within NetSuite, Salesforce, and RevPro
- Provide accounting support to the organization for special projects, reporting, and analysis, such as audit support
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure data integrity
- Support, adhere to, and help maintain strong internal control policies and procedures
- Propose resolutions for identified issues and reconciling items on a monthly basis
- Update process documentation as needed
- Provide supporting schedules and documentation to internal and external auditors
- Support new system implementations by participating in UAT for accounting processes

Toast Mega off campus Drive – Skills Required For Revenue Accounting Specialist
- 2+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
- Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Knowledge of revenue accounting standard ASC 606 / IFRS15
- Experience with cloud-based ERP/financial systems
