What You Will Be Doing As Test Engineer

• Contribute to the test approach for all product roadmap items
• Write test scripts in line with the agreed test approach and product specification
• Help organise, specify and carry out testing, both manual and automated, using a variety of tools and techniques.
• Creation and maintenance of automated regression suites to deliver maximum repeatability and efficiency.
• Early identification of defects through collaboration and communication with Scrum team and Product Owner.
• Define appropriate test data to support test cases.
• Lead by example in terms of execution of best testing practices, principles, and professionalism.
• Understand, follow, and contribute to the Test Community of Practice.

What You Will Be Doing As Quality Analyst

• Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance activities to verify compliance with defined standards and procedures. This may include reviewing documentation, conducting audits, and performing inspections to identify any deviations or non-compliance.
• Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to monitor and evaluate the quality of products, services, or processes. This may involve conducting tests, inspections, and sampling to identify defects, errors, or inconsistencies.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and recommend enhancements to optimize quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to quality metrics, performance indicators, and customer feedback. Use statistical tools and techniques to interpret data, identify trends, and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
• Defect Management: Monitor and manage the defect resolution process. Track and document defects, coordinate with relevant stakeholders for investigation and resolution, and ensure timely and effective closure of identified issues.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to quality processes, procedures, and findings. Prepare reports and presentations summarizing quality metrics, trends, and improvement initiatives for management and stakeholders.

What You Will Be Doing As Software Engineer

• Works with an agile team to develop, test, and maintain API based OMS applications.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Write well defined testable/unit-tested code.
• Analyses and resolves technical and application problems.
• Works with cross-functional teams to meet the needs of the customer.
• Develops, refines, and tunes integrations between applications.
• Contribute to design discussions and decisions.
• Participates in code audits.

Skills Required for the job

• Expertise on MS Excel, MS Access and any internal reporting tool
• Exposure to SAP, BPC, Business Objects and Qlik will be preferred
• Must be able to work with a high level of accuracy
• Effective communication, presentation and management reporting skills
• Innovative, always ready to take up new responsibilities and develop new ways of working
• A good team player always available for supporting other team members across FP&A
• Strong analytical / problem solving skills
