Walk-in Drive at Genpact – O2C Responsibilities
- Order Processing: Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to pricing and contract terms.
- Invoicing and Billing: Generate invoices and billing statements, accurately reflecting the products or services delivered, pricing, and payment terms.
