  • Outbound Calls: Making proactive calls to customers for various purposes, such as follow-ups, order confirmations, or customer feedback surveys.

  • Product Knowledge: Developing a deep understanding of the company’s products or services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.

  • Customer Support: Providing excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer inquiries, issues, and concerns. This could involve assisting with technical problems, software usage, and general queries.
  • Technical Assistance: Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues faced by customers. This might include problems related to software applications, hardware devices, network connectivity, and more.
