The following are the responsibility as HR Analyst at KPMG –

• Conducting job analyses to determine job descriptions, qualifications, and salary ranges for various positions
• Assisting with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews
• Facilitating new hire onboarding and orientation processes, including preparing and distributing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions
• Maintaining employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and performance reviews
• Assisting with employee relations issues, such as conducting investigations and addressing employee concerns and complaints
• Administering employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
