What You Will Be Doing As Human Resource

  • Create periodic engagement calendar for campus & run engagement initiatives as per timelines.
  • Manage vendor partners and successfully run all initiatives.
  • Coordinate and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders & campus owner for smooth execution of engagement calendar.
  • Track & publish engagement calendar with delivery status to all stakeholders.

What You Will Be Doing As Deputy Area Manager

  • An effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills with ability to relate to people at all levels of business and management.
  • Initiating and developing relationships with key decision makers in target organizations for business development.
  • A good team leader to handle the team and achieve the set target.
  • Manage Multiple locations – And ensure they will deliver their set targets and drive KRA for the business.
  • Manage channel relationships.
