What you will be doing as Customer Care Executive?
- Warm calling on each interested leads generated for the client’s for Equity Products.
- Selling of investment products i.e. Demat/Trading account, MF, Subscription Products online to customers.
- Explaining about 5paisa Feature and benefits to the client.
- Helping the client to complete the simple steps in your Website/Mobile App.
What you will be doing as Digital Relationship Manager?
- Client Engagement: Utilize digital communication channels, such as emails, chats, and video calls, to actively engage with clients and address their queries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences. Provide personalized recommendations and guidance to help clients achieve their financial objectives.
- Investment Advisory: Offer investment advice and recommendations based on thorough analysis of clients’ financial profiles and market trends. Educate clients about various investment products, their risks, and potential returns to support informed decision-making.
- Portfolio Management: Assist clients in managing their investment portfolios by monitoring market trends, tracking performance, and suggesting portfolio adjustments as needed. Help clients optimize their asset allocation and diversify their investments.
