What You Will Be Doing As Human Resource Operations Executive
- HR System Administration: Manage and maintain HR information systems (HRIS) and other HR-related software applications. Ensure accurate and up-to-date team memeber records, including personal information, employment details, and benefits administration.
- Team Data Management: Handle team members data throughout the lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and separations. Maintain team members files and records, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
- HR Process Management: Support various HR processes, such as recruitment, performance management, team relations, and training and development. Coordinate and administer team onboarding and offboarding processes.
- HR Policy and Compliance: Stay updated on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws. Assist in ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies. Support HR audits and assist in the implementation of corrective actions, if needed.
- HR Reporting and Analytics: Generate HR reports and analytics to provide insights into HR metrics, trends, and KPIs. Prepare regular HR reports on headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and other HR-related data.
