This position is open to people who hold a bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative discipline and who possess excellent written and verbal English communication abilities, along with an interest in operations, quality analysis, and transportation support.The responsibilities of this role include; address resolution, geocode corrections, map edits, driver support, manual audits and resolving issues related to deliveries. In addition, the ideal candidate must be willing to report to work from the office on a regular basis, as well as work flexible/rotational shifts within a 24/7 operational environment.

Roles and Responsibilities: This includes, but is not limited to:
- Perform manual audits and resolve outliers/exceptions using internal tools and systems in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Review images/video and make recommendations for action in accordance with SOPs.
- Listen to customer calls. Transcribe texts from calls, emails if necessary to resolve issues.
- Recognise trends from audits and support process/program enhancements.
- Adhere to SOP and SLA and respond to stakeholders on related tasks timely.
- Escalate issues systematically to the respective owners/teams as per pre-defined processes.
- Keep records of daily work by updating trackers or workflow tools.
- Meet SLA, productivity, quality and utilisation benchmarks and other business metrics & goals.
- Understand and use performance indicators to drive business goals.
- Work in a collaborative environment and contribute to growth of the respective team / program.
- Develop a global perspective and appreciation of the unique characteristics of the various geographies in which Amazon operates.
- Ability to handle multiple programs as per business needs.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in quantitative/technical field (e.g. computer science, engineering, statistics)
- Written and oral communication experience including communication with all levels of the organization (technical, business, executive)
- Fluent English speaker, writer and reader with the ability to understand English directions
