Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the content quality, accuracy, and relevance of EY’s go-to-market content collection.
- Publish and update content on websites and digital platforms.
- Select and optimize graphics and images where required.
- Build and update simple web pages using approved templates and instructions.
- Perform content migration and bulk content updates.
- Review and correct automatically sanitized content deliverables.
- Process content updates, which include edits, file changes, and updates to the metadata.
- Work with Adobe CMS, Workfront, and SharePoint.
- Follow EY’s visual brand guidelines and established content standards.
- Use GenAI and other tools to enhance the quality, usability, and consistency of your content.
- Communicate with managers and colleagues to complete assigned tasks on time.
- Provide assistance on testing and releasing of Content Management Systems (CMS) and Workflow Management Systems.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in continuous learning.
Qualifications & Skills
- Interest in content management, digital publishing and go-to-market strategies.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow directions.
- Willing to learn user experience and design principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with GenAI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery or Python.
- Will be willing to learn Adobe CMS, Workfront, SharePoint and other content management tools.
- Basic experience in content delivery, publishing or digital asset management is a plus.
- The interest in generative AI and its applications for delivering content.
- Well-coordinated, time managed and organised.
- Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and communicate challenges.
